LogIQflow is Skyvekraft's own developed technology platform for digitization of collaborative processes - and connects people, processes, tasks and IT solutions.
LogIQflow is designed to be scalable, flexible, fast and secure
LogIQflow is the "engine" for solutions such as Collaboration Control and Task Control, and can be easily configured to cover new application areas, and be able to integrate with new IT-systems, whether it is internal solutions or other cloud platforms.
Solutions built with LogIQflow are lightning fast, since the configured business process flows are automatically converted to machine code that runs directly in Azure.
Skyvekraft’s original business idea was to create Collaboration Control, a system to connect interaction platforms with transaction systems.
The solution had to be scalable, fast and secure, and should be easy to configure in order to support for new IT sources and collaborative platforms. We gradually saw that the technology we developed for Collaboration Control, by thinking broader and larger, could meet other types of needs.
We therefore decided to create a common technology platform for all our solution concepts. It had to support Collaboration Control’s needs at least as good as before, and should also be able to support other types of solution needs. One such identified area is Task Control, a solution for being able to aggregate and align tasks that require human involvement, with support across different IT solutions. Since both solution concepts use the same technology engine, LogIQflow – the different solution concepts can be combined into one same customer solution, and new solution concepts can be developed quickly.
Another important part of LogIQflow is the support for being able to quickly specify and configure “commands” against both industry-standard IT solutions and customer-specific IT systems, whether they are in the cloud or “on-premise”.
LogIQflow is designed from the ground up to be a scalable, secure and fast cloud service, running in Microsoft Azure.
From the flowdesigner in LogIQflow
By being designed as a completely serverless solution using Azure functions, combined with other Azure dynamic services, LogIQflow will automatically adapt to the needs for increased computing power and storage capacity.
Solutions built with LogIQflow are lightning fast, as the configured business process flows are automatically converted to machine code which is run directly in Azure. This also means that many transactions can be performed in a short time, and LogIQflow can thus support transaction-intensive scenarios where in the past one often depended on custom, hand-built code.
In LogIQflow there is already support for a number of industry-standard IT solutions. It is quick and easy to create new commands and specific configurations against new IT systems.
A visual process designer is used to configure desired business process flows for specific solution scenarios. A process flow can start automatically based on different events, can start other process flows, can make route choices based on data, etc. This provides great flexibility when it comes to supporting different business processes, which can include both "human tasks" (i.e. tasks that are given to and performed by a human) and tasks performed by IT systems.
LogIQflow is designed from the ground up to be secure. In addition to capitalizing on the Azure ecosystems security mechanisms used in relation to access control and information security, the architecture of LogIQflow is designed so that each customer solution is isolated from other solutions.
Collaboration Control makes it possible to create associated collaboration arenas directly from the company's business systems. The collaboration arenas get a business context. This provides support for access / rights automation, template support, dynamically updated directories and lifecycle management. All kinds of business systems and associated business processes can be supported with collaboration arenas from all the leading providers of collaboration solutions (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, BOX, Workplace from Facebook, Slack, Dropbox and Google Drive). Other systems can be easily supported by configuring new connectors.
Task Control enables all types of IT systems to create tasks and receive feedback on their progress. Task Control can easily configure support for various business processes, which can include both human tasks and actions in other IT- systems. Users can see all tasks in one place.
Collaboration Control for Dynamics 365 is designed for companies that already have Dynamics 365 Sales and want to support their sales and customer processes with integrated collaboration arenas. Collaboration Control for Dynamics 365 means fast and affordable delivery of a standardized solution that can be adapted to your organization's needs. With Collaboration Control for Dynamics 365 it is possible to create connected collaboration arenas directly from Dynamics 365 records.
